Current Class Read Aloud: The Wild Robot by Peter Brown
Educational Purpose: Reading The Wild Robot aloud supports key third-grade standards in reading literature, including identifying character traits, understanding plot and themes. It also builds vocabulary through context and encourages speaking and listening skills during class discussions.
