Hello and welcome to third grade!
My name is Kalynn Roy, and I’m so excited to be your child’s English Language Arts teacher this year! This will be my seventh year in education and my third year teaching third grade—a year full of growth, curiosity, and fun!

I was born and raised in Millbrook, Alabama, and now live in Prattville with my husband and our sweet girls, Lillian and Madilyn. When I’m not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family, reading a good book, volunteering at my church, and enjoying the outdoors.

I truly believe that every child has the ability to learn and thrive when given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities. My goal is to create a positive and engaging classroom where students feel safe, challenged, and excited to learn.
