Bio

My father retired from the Air Force and settled in Prattville, where I have spent most of my life.  I was born in Texas and remember living in England and Holland, then moving to Alabama and falling in love with the green scenery here in the South.

I met my husband when I went to a Beta Club meeting in Marbury, on my 18th birthday.  We got married two years after we met.  We have three children who are now grown.  My oldest and his wife have two sons.  He is in the Air Force in Panama City, Florida.  My next son works for the State of Alabama as a Driver's Education Program Monitor after being an Assistant Principal.  He lives in Prattville with his wife.  My daughterfinished her work on her doctorate in Applied Math in August 2015 at Auburn University where she works as a Statistical Data Analyst an a Medical Container Invention Corporation and lives with her husband, who is employed as a Chemical Engineer at SIO2 in Auburn.

I have always been intrigued by technology.  This love for learning and sharing what I know has led to my current position.  I will be the first to admit that I don't know everything, but I continue to learn as much as I can to help the students and teachers have stress-free life and the best possible chance of using technology to have a better learning experience, and, hopefully, a better future.
